Um Hello, remember me? HAHA! Just Kidding. Unfortunately, as far as I know, the phones here will not allow me to use a calling card for calling the U.S. The only option is dialing out costing $1 USD per minute! Yikes.. If anyone knows a better way please let me know. I know Nobel.com has good calling cards to Ethiopia for about 18 cents a minute. Also, the best way to communicate is chatting(IM’ing) through facebook, gmail, or skype.. Since I am 7 hours ahead I think morning or afternoons in America would work.

adam. you rock. we miss you, but you are meant to be in ethiopia….seriously…can’t wait to read more! and if you need me to send you chocolate chips..or peanut butter…or whatever homefoods it was that they didn’t have there, then i’m your woman. plus, i’m good for some prayers! they’re rough prayers (I will continue to work on it!), but that’s how we roll for now. and thankfully, our God is bigger than my best attempt at prayers, you know?? miss ya.

Adam, I just found out that our Compassion child from Ethiopia lives in Nazret which I think is about 16 km southeast of where you are. She is at: Wonji Shoa Mekane Yesus Child Development Center.
I am enjoying reading your updates and praying specifically for you and your ministry.

My name is Nick Bucci and i am Mike Bucci’s son. He told me that you two worked together. First i want to say that what you’re doing is absolutely amazing and it’s great! Second, i was wondering if i might be able to help out. I am a junior at River Hill High School in Clarksville, MD and a member of the National Honor Society. I have an idea for a service project that would benefit you and the boys you’re working with. My dad told me that you might be interested in getting some used soccer equipment such as jerseys, shorts, socks,shin guards, and cleats for the boys. My brother Jay plays travel soccer for the Thunder Soccer Club and i may be able to start a used clothing drive where all of the soccer clothes that i get from the entire club could go straight to your boys.
